All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refunds are only issued if the product arrives damaged or defective, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All refund or return requests are subject to verification and investigation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us or other users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia/Penang, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

15. Membership Policy

15.1 Purpose

This Membership Policy outlines the benefits, tiers, and terms governing participation in the FuMing Enterprise Membership Program. By subscribing, members agree to comply with all terms stated herein, as part of our Terms of Service.

15.2 Membership Benefits

Membership provides exclusive privileges and rewards designed to enhance your shopping experience:

1. Birthday Vouchers – Enjoy 20% off birthday vouchers, usable up to 9 times during your birthday month.

   • Minimum purchase: RM20 per transaction.

2. Discount on Purchases – Receive a 9.9% discount on every purchase of RM100 or above.

3. Early Product Announcements – Gain early access to announcements of new releases and collections.

4. Pre-Order Access – Members can pre-order limited edition products before public availability.

5. Exclusive Member Products & Engraving – Access member-exclusive products and personalized engraving services for gifts.

6. Free Shipping (Malaysia Orders Only)

   • Peninsular Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM150.

   • East Malaysia: Free shipping for orders above RM250 and under 1kg.

7. Exclusive WhatsApp Group Access
   Members will be invited to join a private WhatsApp group after purchasing their membership.

   • The invitation will be sent to the WhatsApp number provided by the customer before purchase.

   • This group is used to share exclusive updates, product announcements, promotions, and early access events.

   • Participation in the group is optional and members may leave at any time.

15.3 Membership Tiers

Tiers are determined based on total accumulated points after subscribing to the membership program.

15.4 Points Accumulation

• Members earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.

• Cents are not counted toward point accumulation.

• Points are calculated only after membership subscription.

• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Points are tracked through the member’s registered account.

15.5 Membership Validity and Renewal

• Membership is valid for 1 year for every membership purchase from the date of purchase.

• If the membership is not renewed within 7 days, the membership status will be removed from the user.

• If the membership is not renewed within 30 days after its expiry date, all accumulated points will be reset to zero.

• Renewals must be made on time to maintain active status, tier level, and eligibility for benefits.

15.6 General Conditions

• Discounts, vouchers, and offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

• Birthday vouchers are valid only during the member’s birthday month and are subject to the redemption limit.

• Pre-order access and exclusive products are available while supplies last.

• Free shipping applies according to location, order value, and parcel weight conditions.

• FuMing Enterprise reserves the right to modify membership benefits, points system, or terms at any time without prior notice.
