3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as EasyParcel to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.


5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at fumingincense2@gmail.com within [48 hours] of the expected or actual delivery date. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

FuMing Enterprise is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your international order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus original shipping charges.
